24-Hour Replacement Policy:
- If unsatisfied with the product or service, customers can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
- To initiate a replacement, contact our Customer Service Team on WhatsApp with all details.
Eligible for Return/Refund if:
- Wrong item received.
- Damaged item received.
- Item missing from the order.
Ineligible for Return/Refund if:
- Product is opened, used, or altered.
- Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
- Request made after 24 hours of delivery.
- Damaged/missing items reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Deduction:
- If an order is refused at delivery or the customer is unresponsive, a refund will be issued after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100).
- If the fee exceeds Rs.100, customers will be informed before the refund.
