Replacement and Refund Policy

  • 24-Hour Replacement Policy: 
    • If unsatisfied with the product or service, customers can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
    • To initiate a replacement, contact our Customer Service Team on WhatsApp with all details.
  •   Eligible for Return/Refund if:
    • Wrong item received.
    • Damaged item received.
    • Item missing from the order.
  • Ineligible for Return/Refund if:
    • Product is opened, used, or altered.
    • Original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) is missing.
    • Request made after 24 hours of delivery.
    • Damaged/missing items reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refund Deduction:
    • If an order is refused at delivery or the customer is unresponsive, a refund will be issued after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100).
    • If the fee exceeds Rs.100, customers will be informed before the refund.
